Although I technically label myself as a "lifestyle & positivity" blogger, I have always had a passion for food. In 2018, I have decided to reach out via Instagram to see what y'all wanted to read more of on my blog. One of the top voted items was writing more posts about food; whether that be more recipes, drinks or places to eat. I've always wanted to incorporate food into my blog and I'm happy to announce that I will finally be doing just that!
The first place I will be talking about is located near Purdue's campus: Cafe Literato. Cafe Literato is a casual & cute coffee / sandwich / soup restaurant but they describe themselves as a pizza & espresso cafe. It's a great place to grab a bite with friends or study the entire day. The latte menu is plentiful but not overwhelming, with a great tea selection as well ((I ordered a vanilla bean hot tea)). The space is inviting, bright and roomy which is why I find it easy to study; plus they have a lot of outlets! The menu is filled with yummy options but they stick to only soups, sandwiches, pizza, salads and some breakfast. I am pleased to say they have some vegan options and you can almost make anything vegetarian.
Cafe Literato is located on Northwestern Avenue, a little bit past Purdue's campus but not a far drive at all. If you happen to stop by, make sure to tell them that my blog sent you! It would love for them to know that I am sharing my love for good food through TMYM.
Hope you enjoyed my short and sweet post covering Cafe Literato! If you have any suggestions on restaurants you'd like for me to try, comment or DM me on Instagram; I would love to hear!
