In 2018, I made the goal to change my diet to a plant-based one; along with bringing that into my blog. This completely vegan "toast" recipie is quick, easy & affordable! When I am craving something salty yet healthy, I reach for these ingredients and make it under 5 minutes.
- Super seed toast ((the more grains, the better))
- Plant-based butter. This is the one I have used for years; I think it tasted better than normal butter!
- You can substitute this for avocado or hummus.
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Red pepper flakes
- Nutritional yeast
R E C I P E:
- Toast your slice of bread until desired crunchiness.
- Spread the bottom with "butter", avocado, or even hummus
- Top with the Everything bagel seasoning, red pepper flakes & nutritional yeast ((this gives your toast a cheese like a flavor)).
- Enjoy! Such a quick & easy recipe!
